Need help Building new deck!?

Well see i have been playing YU GI OH! for 3 years now and have gotten bored with the same old Black wings and Gladiator Beasts. So i have been trying to Make up my mind on two new deck. A Genex Alley and a Psychic deck. Problem is what is the easiest deck to build? Which booster packs/tins structure deck will help me get the cards needed for any of these two decks?
