What to wear to a wedding in the summer?

First of all, the skirt is very cute; however for a wedding, it is a little too black. I'd try and find a floral skirt and wear a plain white shirt on top. Maybe you could throw in a black belt to accent your waist. Then wear some gladiator shoes. Thats my advice(:
