Can I side out a majority of my plants cards out for glad cards?

Say I have a plant deck and after game 1 am I allowed to side out the majority of my plant monsters for gladiator beast monsters if the gladiator beast monsters were in my side deck? I'm talking about siding out 10 or so monsters in my deck. Or is switching monsters like that not allowed?
