Girl friend help please?

I am 14 and I have a beautiful girl friend. I am really nurvace every time I get around her. It's is very hard for us to talk to each other because we are both really shy. I get up the curige to talk to her and I know what to say but as soon as I start beacons her way I lose it and my mind won't work. So please help and only serious awnsers please.
