Legal advice on possible employment discrimination?

At least shes being honest, we have to do that where i work with highschool students cause the shifts we need filled they cant work. So we tell them not to bother, cause our boss cant sit and shift through the hundred of applications they get. And what she said is valid the ladies at nursing homes get victmized sometimes and i have.been told by residents they prefer female employees. World isnt fair, but. I think this is reasonable
