What should i wear with high waisted shorts? I'm going for the vintage look?

Me and a bunch of my friends are planning a night out in our town's center! It's going to be 90 some degrees and we're just looking for some rubbish buys! It's going to be very layed back, but takes place in the evening, so i want to look a bit classy as well! I'm wearing gladiators and blue jean high waisted shorts! Any suggestions for the blouse? I love looking unique (British look) so i'm open about any look! Thanks for your help!!
