Where can I get naruto cosplay stuff really low priced?

We don't have that much money and I need naruto cosplay costumes and stuff really cheap and can be bought with out credit card and I need to no about naruto con or yaoi con like how to sign up and where one is in Louisiana near Slidell and some cosplayers in Slidell and alot of info on naruto manifest, con, yaoi con and stuff like that plz help me I have already 1 person I'm ma group and I have made up a lot of skits for the con or wateva imma join plz help
