Where in MA can i get a tattoo with a parental aproval?

im 16 and from cape cod MA and am getting a tat and my parents are cool with it and now i just need to find a parlor that will do it. please no "your a kid" comments i go to military school and am thinking about getting it on the drive back in sept. any place in boton or cape cod would really help. thank you!
