Who thinks this is not normal?

In February I went into the 39 degree water at Cape Cod, MA and did not get cold, my legs did not turn red either. I also went outside during a blizzard during the winter and did not get cold and it was like 5 degrees outside. But if I go out in 75 degree weather it feels very hot to me.
